Our study in the book of Ruth, titled “Redeeming Love,” will move into chapter 3 this week. Please read and meditate over the entirety of this chapter. You will find that the story takes a major theological and prophetic step forward. Naomi, in her wisdom, gives Ruth advice as to why and how she might take the next step in her relationship with Boaz. A step that is steeped in humility as she presents herself a servant to Boaz her kinsmen-redeemer.
