On Sunday, we will continue with the message series, “Christ in the Old Testament.” Pastor Chris will take us to Romans 5:12-21. In this scripture, we have “one man” the First Adam and the Last Adam, “one man” Jesus Christ. The first Adam was given dominion over the old creation; he sinned and lost his kingdom. Jesus Christ the Last Adam came as King over a new creation and undid all the damage that the First Adam’s sin effected. As you read, pray, and study over this portion of God’s word, keep in mind how in God’s plan Jesus Christ was the preeminent even as events in the Garden played out.
