Our message series “Christ in the Old Testament” will continue Sunday with a focus scripture of 1 Peter 2:4-8. In this text, the book of Isaiah is quoted, “Behold, I am laying in Zion a stone, a cornerstone.” God is telling us that in His grand plan there is the one main building block, Jesus Christ the “Living Stone”, on which a new spiritual temple will be built one believer at a time.
