Stand Firm - Part 2
This past Sunday, Pastor Dave introduced us to Ephesians 6:10-20, “The Whole Armor of God”. In his teaching, we learned of the “Reality of an Enemy” and of “Spiritual Warfare”. Verse 11 says, “Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil”. Early in scripture, God gives us the account of Job, a righteous man, mature in character that gave all glory to God. In this story, we see the reality of the enemy and the example of wearing the armor of God when in spiritual warfare. Please read Job chapters 1 – 2 in preparation for Sunday’s message.
