A message from the series "The Hope of Israel." In light of the current events in Israel and the Middle East, Pastor Chris will take us to Romans 11:25-36. A message from the series "1 Thessalonians." On Sunday with Pastor Dave teaching, we will return to 1 Thessalonians 5:12-22. We will be looking at “Life in the Family of God.” In Matthew Henry’s commentary on these verses, he states “Believers often hinder their growth in grace, by not giving themselves up to the spiritual affections raised in their hearts by the Holy Spirit.” As you read and study these verses this week consider what these spiritual affections are.

In these verses we will discuss the dangers of being blind to Jesus. We will look at how the healed blind man responded and apply it to how we respond to what Jesus has done in our lives. A message from the series "Ask the Pastors." The message this Sunday will be the last in the series “Ask the Pastor’s.” Pastor Dave will finish with the story of David and Bathsheba. The question is “how should we deal with confession, repentance, and forgiveness?” After you read the account in 2 Samuel 11:1-12:25 turn your focus to Psalm 51. In this, pick out the verses that focus on David’s confession, repentance, and forgiveness. Take some special quiet time this week praying and studying over these sections of scripture, preparing your heart for Sunday’s message.
