A message from the series "Standalone." Pastor Dave has decided to wear his purple shirt one more Sunday and conclude the series of Easter messages from Luke 24. Our focus this week will be on verses 36-53. As Jesus appeared before the disciples, he calmed their fears by speaking God’s Word in scripture and reminding them of what He had taught. From His lips, he proclaimed that “repentance for the forgiveness of sins should be proclaimed in His name to all nations”. Then Jesus spoke of the coming of the Holy Spirit followed by the miracle of His ascension. Keep all of these themes in mind as you read and prepare for the message.

A message from the series "Standalone." On Sunday, Pastor Dave will build on and conclude our Easter messages by looking at the testimony of the first witnesses. We will focus on Luke 24:13-35, the account of the two disciples on the seven mile walk to Emmaus. A journey that began with discouragement and disappointment, but finished with the realization that Jesus, their Savior, had indeed risen and was fulfilling His promises. We are privileged today to have the knowledge of God’s finished Word and the power of the Holy Spirit. How are we applying this in our witness for Christ?

A message from the series "Easter." Church family, join us as we celebrate together this Easter Sunday. Pastor Dave would ask you to “prepare” by reading Luke 24 in its entirety. Luke’s account of the empty tomb to Jesus’ ascension to heaven. Our focus will be on the resurrection of our Savior and its implications. What does it mean to you and I today? Please take time this week to read the attached scripture to prepare your heart for the Easter worship celebration.

A message from the series "Standalone." On “Palm Sunday”, we will be looking at the account of the “Triumphal Entry” of Jesus to Jerusalem. It was the only time Jesus allowed a public demonstration on His behalf. In this, He was fulfilling prophecy and was forcing the Jewish religious leaders to act. God’s great plan playing out.

A message from the series "Standalone." Sunday we will be opening our bibles to look at John 4:1-45, focusing on verses 19-24. This is the story of “Jesus and the Woman of Samaria”. We will explore what it looks like to have spirit-filled and truth-informed worship. In John 4, Jesus reveals that the style and location of corporate worship matter far less than the posture and preparation of the hearts of the gathered worshippers. Spirit and truth worship demands that the worshippers assemble, as they have since the early church, having prepared beforehand to honor God as one body. This week, ask the Holy Spirit what it would look like for you to experience both spirit-filled and truth-informed worship.

A message from the series "Ephesians." On Sunday, Pastor Dave will preach a message entitled “His Faithful Bride”. The apostle Paul in Romans 12 gives us encouragement to examine how we, the church, are to practically live out our lives to be faithful to our Bridegroom. To be victorious in our “Christian Walk”, consider as you read what our relationship should be to God and all who are part of our lives.

A message from the series "Ephesians." This Sunday, we will complete the message series in Ephesians 5:22-33, “God’s Design for Marriage”. Our focus will be on verse 32 “this mystery is profound”. Join us Sunday as Pastor Dave teaches on this wonderful mystery and how a godly marriage is part of that. Please, take some precious time this week preparing in study and prayer for our time in the Word.

We will begin an extended look at the family beginning with marriage and in particular, God’s design for wives. Join us as we learn how God instructs Christian couples on how to live within their marriage. Please, set aside some quiet time this week reading and praying over this portion of scripture.
