Stealing and the Heart
This Sunday, we will continue our series on the Ten Commandments. The focus verse will be Exodus 20:15 “You shall not steal”. As we have learned so far in our study, you can’t take each commandment and superficially apply it to only the physical act, God wants us to realize that His commandments go much deeper exposing the condition of our hearts. The plan for the message Sunday is to look through scripture to demonstrate different ways that people directly and indirectly steal from each other, and then ultimately, we will consider how we are prone to steal from God. Please take some time this week praying over this sin of “stealing” and where you are in your heart transformation to honor God.
